Ego 7 questions

So I'm looking at getting an Ego 7 and I'm looking into boards.

Now, I know the stock 7 board is pretty nice, but it looks like an Ego 9 board or Geo board might fit, will they? If not, will an Ego 8 board fit?

Next, grips, will Etek 3/4 grips fit? Or better yet, Ego 9/10/Geo/2 grips fit?

07/08 boards are interchangeable
and some parts

I'd recommend the Tadao Oled board
you can't go wrong with it

unsure about the grips though
I'd go with stock grips

Prefer Eclipse boards over Tadao, the reason I'm asking about the 09 board and the Geo boards is the other features, but I'm gonna find out about a Geo board.

Not really too fond of the stock grips, that's why I'm trying to find out about new ones.

Well I've got a set of the Grey Virtue grips for the 07 that I dont like much

I'll trade you my virtue grips for your stock ones, just pm me and lmk

At the moment I don't have an Ego 7 but I'm in the process of getting one and I want to modernize it a bit, that's why I want newer Eclipse grips and a newer board.

What about Vici boards for the 07/08? They aren't LCD, but for under $30 they will get you playing again. Plus it has a USB connector so you can upgrade it.

No.

One of the reasons I'm buying an Ego over a Cyborg is because of the LCD and I am VERY much a purist when it comes to Eclipse guns. I prefer the modern Eclipse parts considering that they're really good and I like to keep my guns with the manufacturer parts.

09 and newer boards will not work in an 07. Though SL74 and SL8r boards will.

GEO (1st Gen and Geo Plus) Grips will fit an 08 so they should fit an 07, I swapped a set of Geo grips onto my 08.

Etek3&4 grips won't fit because the etek 3 and for frames have a raised sleeve for the gripscrews.

Not sure about Ego10, Geo2/2.1 grips, but I know 11s and Geo3 have a different setup that only uses 2 screws (top and bottom)
