Hard to make out the date on the tank, is it 11/96 or 11/98? If it's 96 the tank is no longer usable. If it's 98 the tank only has a little more than a year of use left. So to pay $30 for a re-hydro on a tank that you can only get 17 more months out of it...Plus a little big, don't see too many of these 114ci tanks anymore. Let me know on the tank and depending on whether it's usable or not, I'll make you an offer on the whole package. Is the jewel still intact on the top?

Cool. If I have this correct, the date is 11-IA11-99. Is this the right sequence for the date?

The jewel is intact. See below.

I only put a quick charge on the battery last week (15mins) and everything fired up, but now it's blank, so I am not sure if did not get enough on it or its dead.

Thanks again Jim. Received it yesterday and very nice and clean. I did throw it on the charger to see if it would come on and it does. But I'm going to pull that battery out to double check what it is. The charger you had is for Nicad and I thought the 2000's and newer had all Nimh. Course this Angel still has the old tab on/off installed and has not been converted over to the toggle, so it still might be the Nicad battery.
