Thank you for the motivation to replace the photographs with more accurate, current, and superior photographs. I would not want to advertise another photographers work with a watermark if I did not want them to get credit.

Not that is my thread but you did use his pics without his knowledge and approval and having dealt with chopper I am sure he would have allowed it had you asked. So you did use his work and not give him due credit. My $0.02

And the fact that the photograph contained a picture of a item I now own. The guy is a *** hole IMO for the request and seams to have to much time on his hands. I'd rather no be advertising his work evening using his stuff if he is going to he like that, especially posting on a for sale thread and not using a personal message. Dick move. Sounds like some one has been following apples patent cases to closely.

Copywrite is a fickle thing. But if you took a picture of something that I own, and your panties get in a bunch because I use a picture you took of it, idc what the law it, your a **** tard. I removed them and took my own, which IMO are better....prolly because my Rebel T3 is capable of professional grade photography...duh!
