after they are out inspect the bottom of the internals. I'm expecting you'll find one of two things. A damaged or chipped oring or the aluminum is bent up from misalignment of that rear screw you pulled out.. it's common..
There is a really rough spot on the bottom side of the bolt. The bottom of the "powertube" (Where the bolt rides on) is a littled marred, too. So what all do I need to do? Replace the bolt, and the entire valve housing?

Part numbers 23 and 27 seem to have the marring on them.

Theres your leak..Be sure to inspect the orings individually.. Buy a color kit Like this for it you will recive a new (27) + you get to trick out your new marker.

23 is your bolt so you can expect wear, more so because of the edge of the spring.. you can file the sharp edge off of your spring then grease the bolt and spring (lightly) and return it to your marker.

I also Keep a extra noid on hand.. usally when they go bad it's sudden-- The real secret is that they are not actually going bad just the inside of the carrier sleeve needs cleaned..(not a job to be done at the field) It requires a very small phillips alot of torque a q-tip and rubbing alcohol.
The + side to this is when your at the field you can fix a dead mini in 2 minutes with a spare noid then charge them what it cost you for the new one.. fix the old one and slap it into yours and Keep your good one as your spare.

I have also had the female air tube blow due to a loose asa so keep your eye on it and don't let it get loose.

For leaks down the barrel, have you tried the reset solenoid trick? Seen this several times and by doing the procedure, it solved my problem.

To reset your Solenoid...

Without the tank on. hold down your trigger while powering up the mini, this will disable the eyes feature.

Shoot rapidly several time to cycle the solenoid 20-30 times. You should hear a clicking noise at each shot.

Hook the air one and everything should be repositioned properly and air tight.

My 2 cent.

Cheers,
