Sending the Mini back to the Factory?

I'm tired of fooling with this stupid thing. I can't get it to stop leaking. I try to shoot more then a shot a second, and the shoot down is unbearable. balls rolling out of the thing. Is there a way I could send it back to Kee, and they could tech it for me? (Ive heard of other people doing this, and getting V3 parts installed) I know I'd probably have to pay them something. Has anyone had this done to their mini? Can you give me a ballpark of what it would cost? I would call them, but I figured they're closed today.

Where is it leaking?

The shootdown can be caused by screwing your tank in too far.

Down the barrel. I'll try unscrewing the tank some. But, I'd still like to get the factory to install the new v3 parts. Should I just call and ask?

You should probably buy it and install it yourself.

Part #33 is the poppet. I'm unsure if it comes with part #35, poppet o-ring.

I agree...just buy it yourself and install it. Save yourself the time. One last thing you can try, with the gun degased, screw the rear velocity adjustment screw in, and snug it down. Buy doing this you will create a new sealing grove on the face of your poppet. Gas the gun back up and slowly screw your rear velocity screw out. This does help sometimes. Obviously you would have to re-chrono your gun afterward. But generally it will re-seat itself and seal up.

Take it to your proshop and have them fix it. They should give you a warranty when you bought it.

OK heres what you need to do.. With the tank off of the marker remove the single rear bolt
once that is done remove your internals by tugging on your velocity adjustment Thingie.
after they are out inspect the bottom of the internals. I'm expecting you'll find one of two things. A damaged or chipped oring or the aluminum is bent up from misalignment of that rear screw you pulled out.. it's common..
