Empire Sniper ASA not bleeding

When i try to degas the on off on my empire sniper the asa does not bleed the air out, instead i just have to shoot it out. But when one of my buddys flips the asa on his sniper the air bleeds out, along with every other sniper i see. Any help?

my suggestion is to remove the asa, and disassemble it. take the pin out and lube it up then reassemble. or try and drop some oil in the asa and play a day and see if that helps
