I am looking into going to Graduate School for Business. One of the programs that I am looking into is a partnership between San Fransisco State and the University of Nice, it would require me to spend 6 months in Nice. So I came here to ask some questions about Nice and its University,

What are the local thoughts about the University of Nice? versus other French Schools? What is the Uni. of Nice reputation in France?

I know that living in Nice is not the cheapest, but what are housing costs like? What is expensive and what is cheap when it comes to food/drink/transportation/ect?

Is there a paintball scene in Southern France/Nice? Is it worth it for me to bring some gear? Is there any problems with PB Guns in France, I should know about?

Anything else that I should know?

Hi, I'll ask Darkstar94 who lived in the area of Nice. He may know aboutissent the Uni there and its reputation.
There are a few fields but south east of France is the only place where pump didn't came back to the scene yet (you'll have to move to Montpellier which is quite far).

And bring your pb guns might be an issue... customs are annoying.

I come back with more news.

(Btw we have a fast train to Paris if you want to play pump...)

I didn't get much informations I'm afraid.

University reputations may change a lot depending on what you're studying. It's difficult to get any precise information on the Business uni.

Nice is not cheapest place to live (many retired people live there beacuse it's very sunny). You should ask if you can pick up one of the student's room (one should cost about 150-200 Euros per month).
Food... can't compare, never been to the U.S.

And paintballing would be difficult in this area. Darkstar confirmed there are only a few (maybe 2?) fields in the area.
