I have had a few Condor bits as well and never had any complaints. That is part of the reason I bought it. Plus I figured that for the price I could discover if this is the route I want to go or not and not loose a lot of money.

I still like chest rigs, so if this doesn't work, I may go to the Full-Clip Rack/Rig CJ and Mar (AND CANUCK) have. If I do like the way this belt works but find I need something a bit better then I can go out and justify buying something more expensive.

I knew I forgot a few, thanks CJ. That Blue force gear one looks awesome, but at $170...The tactical tailor one only has two rows of webbing on the back unfortunately.

But I had not seen the SORD one so I will have to check that one out!

im thinking of getting one of these

i would replace the d-rings holding the two halves together with carabiners so i can safely use each half separately. i would use the the bottom as a regular pod pack, with 4 50rn molle pod holders. then for big games, i would re attatch the top half, because it has a built in camel bak slot. and i would also replace the 50rnds with 100rnd holders. thoughts?

That will work.

What kind of hopper are you using?

I would imagin that it would be difficult to get to 50rnd pods on your back unless you have somthing like the 5/50 pack. Most pod packs that put the pods on the back have the pod upside down for easy of pulling the pods...

I don't think I have seen an upside down 50 pouch...

What are your plans for the pouches themselves?

OK every one of the belts shown you must use an H or Y harness to hold it up. Now in my mind the belt should be able to hold the weight on its own, and there for the H or Y harness when properly made it should complement each other. Now dont take me the wrong way there's far worse gear out there .

i would use my winchester with 50rnds, and a sportshot for 100rnd.

i really dont like the 5/50 because the pods are not secured, and that makes me nervous

im buying these, in a 4 pod set up. i like them better then AK pouches.

http://wtfpb.com/MOLLE-50-Round-Pain...ouch-50POD.htm

and yes, i would just put the pouches up side down.

MOLLE Paintball Airsoft Ghost Rig

loooks like it holds up great!

Don't forget about the US Grunt Gear Infidel War belt

Sorry I can't hyperlink or post pictures. I'm using an iPod so here's a good old fashion link.

Infidel Padded War Belt

great company I reccommend them over ANYTHING!

He shouldn't have any issues with 10rd tubes, we're not talking about carrying 2 qt worth of water and 10lbs of ammo here.

Thats what I was thinking. If I was using this for real steel then I could see the harness as necessary.

Ghost rig. Super nice looking!

The infidel belt...still only two rows of webbing... little too narrow for what I am looking for. Probably better if run with an actual vest.
