| All nail Drum! | let us know! I can set you up on a team. Personally, I would like to see the teams not-stacked, but am ready to rumble with whoever.

I may make a surprise proposal to Stilgar: It would go something like this: everyone shows up and we draw random teams. or perhaps we rank p[layers (ask them to self identify) tier 1 or 2. and arrange non-stacking accordingly. either way I am game - I just want EVERYONE to have FUN. |

I definetly want to make sure that everyone has fun. I would love to see the teams end up even across the board but I also don't want to deter any group who really wanted to enter as a team or only came in order to play with their team. If anyone has ideas that would facilitate this balance that would be great! The self determined ranking idea might work. Can you flush that out a bit more MAr? |

Anyone who dominates at OXP could be tier 2 (deek, Kynan) Anyone who feels that Deek is an ******* could be tier 3 (everyone else) something like that? | |

I like the concept in general but I feel the catorgies should be different because we would have a lot of people in tier 3. What about doing it by amount played, and then each team has a cap, kind of like a salary cap, except in amount of time played. Or do school yard picks? Also, if we make this a league thing, what about making points based on player. After each event, take every teams score and divide it by three, so if one team gets 600 points, each player gets 200, this way we can have players who come and go and can change teams up.

Cumulative - Guy A plays 1 tournament and gets 600 points, Guy B plays 5 tournaments and gets 150 points each game = Guy B would have 750pts vs Guy A's 600pts. Doesn't really make sense. Average - Same scenario as above = Guy A would have 600, Guy B would still have 150. It will get a touch time consuming that way, but would work out very well in the end.
