I think you would want it cumulative so you need to be at all of them to win, not just clean up at 1

But it's not about winning, it's about keeping teams even. That's what I thought the personal rating system was going to be used for anyways. (?)

What about a rating system from 1 to 10? and then a "salary cap"? So I would be a 4, Joey wold be 8 and Billy would be 8, and have the cap at 20 or something. Just bouncing ideas around, if they suck let me know.

oh! I see what you are getting at now.

Yeah the average would make sense if using it against a personal rating to try and make even teams.

I thought Toads points idea was to keep a running tally of points for the players at the end of the season. This would be useful to find out which team did the best and who the most valuable player is at the end of the (hopefully 5) GLO tournies this year.

ONE other thing....

K.I.S.S.!!

Time to chime in... Years played doesn't work for some of us - I've been playing (recreational ball) for more years than some of you have been alive but I'm old and slow so I'm more of a handicap to a team

I like the idea of random picks, playing a few rounds and seeing how everything stacks up - maybe we can multiply the scores by the sum of a team's ages (Ken and Zsolt and I on a team would kick @ss )

I'm with Canuck on time playing, some of my gear is older than some of our regulars! Definetly not a good measure.
