Canada Post has an $18 option, the air mail is $42. The really fast service is $240.

I would advise against DHL. I've used them for "Next Day" parcel delivery and it was delivered in 3 days. When I called to complain about the delay they claimed that their next day service doesn't guarentee next day delivery only that they will try to deliver it next day or as soon as possible.
