I do not like that style of pin.

My superstocker has a pin that actually locks into the pump arm which works much better.

I can try to get a pic if you want to try and get craig to whip you one up. I think he would try to set things straight.

But if you're done dealing with it can't blame you especially when you are located in canada.

is the ball (or whatever) too small? is the plastic piece that snaps over it worn and too large / loose? looks like a simple fix to me, although you shouldn't have to dork with it to begin with.

Where is the missing auto trigger? I see the coupler on the rod. That's partially what holds your rod in place! If the rod is misaligned it will pop out. Bend the rod slightly in to remove the slack.. The rod should be perfectly aligned with the pin. Under the rod is a piece of rubber or spring and a pin to hold the rod into place.. Remove the rod an add a small piece of o-ring to increase the tension.

yeah - the AT helped hold it in place. I totally get that and freely admit that.

Apologies, I was just pissed.

The AT is on the frame that I am sending back as per our discussion, but I haven't been able to post it yet.

I pulled the dealy off and te spring inside is crushed - tweaked it as much as I could - it was almost playable with - only fell of twice today.

The fit and finish of the marker otherwise is the best of any PPS brass I have ever had - I want to be clear about that. I have had no leaks, or valve issues. The marker is overall very nice - just once I took the frame off then this became a problem.

I will get the frame to you this week (I think it's a pay week)

I wish I lived down the street like Curt and could just stop in... It would make life easier.

Thanks for stopping in the FD section Craig - I appreciate the feedback and the pointers.

No worries , it happens to the best of us.... I think once we get that prototype frame switched out,, you will be good to go.. I can send a UPS call tag if you are having trouble getting to a shipping station..
