I've dealt with John several times, and never had any problems. Communication is always outstanding.

Well it looks like I am the only person to have any trouble dealing with Crash. I purchased a 13 ci tank from him last month and it would not even hold air. The regulator was so rusted and worned that it was not repairable. I asked for a partial refund and he keeps giving me the run around. I filed a claim with paypal and he still is not responding. If he is having family trouble or something I would understand. Just LMK
