I bought custom made, embroidered patches from Prien.
* Communication - was EXCELLENT, even verified/questioned with/me before making them. It was not difficult to get a hold of him via PM/Email system.
* Shipment - I received them in the mail a few days after he received my payment. They were in a bubble-padded envelope.
* Quality - Is excellent overall...
----------The patch material - appears to be a wool-felt material. It appears to be a quality cloth.
----------The embroidery - is very clean and well defined. The object in my patch is a Triquetra; a 3-bladed Celtic Knot with the Circle of Life and is an unending, contimuing weave. It's a "woven" pattern like wicker in an old chair. The embroidery style looks just like the object in my avatar, a 2-dimensional Triquetra. The word "druid" that appears next to it is also cleanly stitched and easily read.
----------Backing material - The glue used to seal the back/stitching was covered with some type of paper. The paper removes easily and the glue that is under it appears to be evenly distributed and covers the entire patch. I have not ironed them onto any garments yet but it appears as if they should stick pretty well. Even if they don't, I had planned on sewing them on so glue is a moot point for me.

Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with my patches. You can see pics of them on page 3 of his thread.
