I bought a Rainmaker from him. He maintained contact, shipped quickly, and it came as described and for a very good price. Try as I might, I can't find a reason to complain!

Gotta chime in here.

Benoit ordered some custom items from me. There were TERRIBLE production problems on the pieces and it too way longer than it should have. Even so, he was never rude, angry or upset, and he was VERY understanding of the issues with the untested process. This guy is a great buyer.
