Back in November, he contacted me about buying a Longbow magazine from him.

Payment was sent on Nov 16th. I still have not received the magazine. I have a couple of excuses as to why he has not shipped yet though.

I was told that his girlfriend had shipped it with out tracking. I gave a week after being told that before I filed a complaint with Paypal.

I then got a PM tht his Paypal account is now restricted and he can't use it ever again. I told him once I get the magazine, I will drop the complaint and his account will be back to normal.

No communication since, and still no magazine.

I am posting a follow up. I never received the magazine, and Paypal refunded the payment.

I will not be buying from this user again.

Similar story. I purchased three Milsig magazines from him 12/10/12, with the need to have them by no later than 12/31 for a 1/5/13 game. Needless to say, I had to buy magazines at the game on 1/5/13 because his never showed up. I have filed with PayPal, they have found in my favor, and I got my money back. I will never deal with this individual again.
