I bought a DM6 from him in 5/13. The gun had supposedly just gotten serviced by Dye. It fired and cycled right out of the box. When I removed the bolt I found that it was covered in a very thick layer of Dow33. While cleaning up the grease I found that:
1. There were some metal shards in the grease. Usually not a good sign.
2. One o-ring was torn and another was really brittle and in bad shape.
3. There were other bits of o-ring in the grease.
I cleaned up the bolt, replaced all o-rings and re-greased. When I went to air up the gun again it leaked. The excessive grease must have been just enough to seal the o-rings. After some investigation I figured out that the tip of the bolt was too worn down for the 017 oring to seal it. (See picture below)
I reported the problems back to the seller. We agreed on him refunding me $20 for the cost of a used bolt (which seems very reasonable on my part). He never refunded me the money, even after several reminders.
In summary: He sold me a broken gun. Made no effort at all to make things right.
