he sold me a phantom, it took longer to get here than i thought it would, but thats my fault for assuming, he is a good guy to deal with, and he agreed to do some stuff he doesnt usually do, to get me his phantom

I bought some small parts off him a little while ago. I recieved exactly what he described to me via PM. Very accurate in description and decent comunication. Good seller! Thanks again Jrchkn!

issue is in the process of being resolved, will update when the issue is completely resolved

ok, so i sent payment for an ans mini ram and palmers micro rock lpr on march 20 2008, after a few day's of not hearing anything from the seller, i sent him a pm asking if he recieved the payment and if the parts were shipped out. the response i got was along the lines of " sorry i was out of town, but the parts were shipped". after waiting months with no word, and no pkg, i sent him another pm with no further response from him.
today while browsing the misc items post's i discoverred a recent thread of his where he is selling the parts that i paid for once again for sale, and it appears that the micro rock that i paid for was sold.
since it has been over a month, i'm not sure what actions i can take with paypal to get my money back, but i'm letting everyone here know that he has scammed me!!!!
i have pm's and the history from the paypal addy i used to back up my claim if any mod's want to look into this matter to confirm my claim

also if anyone knows what my next coarse of action should be, please let me know, thanks

Bought a Tickler LPR from him, and it arrived as described and with some handy extras.

Shipped with USPS delivery confirmation, but communication could be better.

well, it's been over a month since i confronted aaron, and i still havn't heard a peep, also it would appear he has stopped using mcb, sad because this was only 40$ worth of stuff he screwed me on, and i was willing to let it go if he just returned the paypal amount
