| Heavygear Feedback I purchased a KP3 (my first wood!) from Heavygear. Good communication throughout the transaction. Shipped when he said he would. Got me a tracking number right away. Arrived on time. Well packed. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Really good transaction. Thanks a lot for a great buy!!! EDIT!! I posted the above feedback as soon as I got the KP. I took it out and aired it up two days later to find that the constant air adapter was cracked in several places and leaking. I PM'd HG with photos of the problem. He said, he had a spare CA adapter and would send it out to me. Then he disappeared. I didn't hear from him for two weeks. I PM'd him and got no response. I used his Paypal e-mail address to contact him. When he finally responded he was nasty about it. As if I was putting him out. I quote I however, have a life that does not revolve around you and precious needs." He did agree to ship me the part. Another week past and I finally received an e-mail saying that I should receive my part on Thursday and "Thanks for the drama." When the package arrived, it was not a KP constant air adapter. It was a P68 constant air adapter.
He made little effort to be helpful and fix the situation for me. When he finally found time in his schedule to try, it was the wrong part. At this point, I'm not going to bother contacting him again. I WOULD NOT buy from Heavygear again.
