Dan is one of my first transactions and hopefully not my last. Purchased a pair of DBD pants from me which unbeknown st to me had some tears. Dan remained completely calm and was more than pleasant to deal with. Came to an agreement on a partial refund and all is well. Can't say much more about him.

Bought a set of lenses that got some minor damage while packing causing it to lose it's "new" condition and Dan had no problem refunding the difference. Communication was great and shipping was faster than expected. I would do business with him in the future without a doubt.
