Bought a regulator from him. Good communication and fast shipping. There was a problem with the reg that neither of us expected. $lug straightened it out in good time. I give him an A+ in sales and an A+ in service!

It took him almost 6 weeks to ship this to me. Said he was having problems with the customs forms. I had to ask where my package was, twice after waiting weeks for delivery ( both times) and being promised shipment the next day.

I did finally recieve what I ordered though.

Wow, very shocked with this seller. Bought a matrix bolt from him and he told me via pm that he would ship it quickly. It's been over 2 weeks and he finally shipped it to me. I needed it quickly and bought another one already. I then pm'd him and asked if he didnt ship yet to please send my money back as I no longer needed it. He ignored my PM and sent it so I called him to ask him why. He was immediately confrontational and started yelling when I had simply explained why I was upset. Upon further discussion I told him no one on any paintball forum had ever treated me this way when buying, he hung up on me.

I would HIGHLY suggest staying away from this seller! Seems to be young and immature, not worth the headache!

Edit: He's also refusing to give me a refund if I send the bolt back from him. STAY AWAY from this seller!

He told me: "4-6 weeks is the normal amount of time it takes someone to send something you buy online"

I have been out of town (live in dallas) to Houston (specifically madisonville) to visit family etc. there are no forms of communication there, cell service does not even work. I shipped as fast as I could (upon returning from houston). I shipped with tracking and 2 weeks is an acceptable amount of time.

The user called my cell phone, I was very cordial at first. I explained that I had been out of town etc. the user than became very aggressive and took a very harsh tone. I repeated three times that he should not use that tone with my on my communication device. I then proceded to hang up on him as he was being unreasonable and would not accept my request to "loose the tude".

Also I believe the user spent money he did not have and now is second guessing his purchase. I'm not walmart and I will only fix or refund and Item that is NOT as described. however this item is perfect etc.

ASAP = AS SOON AS POSSIBLE take it how you want.... but thats what it means personally I dont see any numbers in "asap". had you wanted an exact shipping date you should have asked. Also ebays acceptable use policy is 45-60 days allowable shipping time. <<< note allowable

A very simple "it's going to take 2 weeks to ship this to you" would have been perfectly fine when I bought it. Instead he said "Will ship ASAP". I have the PM's to prove it, he said it twice. Once before I paid and once after. This is the longest It's taken to recieve any item I've ever bought online whether it be from here, PBN, CC or ebay ect ect. This seller does not want to even hear my complaint or work with me and that is my big issue. His accusations of an "attitude" are clear attempts to avert the real issue here.

All around, it's $30 bucks so it's no big deal, now I have an extra bolt. All I really wanted was an apology from this seller, and a refund if he could afford it. Unfortunately, it's turned into this after the way he has treated me. Just stay away from this guy if you dont like headaches. I sure don't!

edit: well from what this guy is posting, if you buy from him it could take up to 60 days for him to ship. That may be acceptable on ebay, and I dont know about you, but that is surely not acceptable to me!

Wow, I just looked, this guy was ON MCB almost everyday of the 2 weeks he could have shipped, he just said in his post he was not able to get on the internet. I had sent him messages asking when he was going to send, and I even told him if he hadnt sent it that he shouldnt. Instead he ignored and shipped anyway. THIS GUY IS A LIAR.
