at this point there is kinda talk about it not coming out but then there seems to be talk about a bunch of magfed companys that are all going to be coming out with there own ''shaped round''all around the same time,tiberius seem to have a very well thought out patent on shaped paintball rounds, making it hard for any other company to make anything close to a FS round .if a bunch of compnay release there shaped round at the same time it will be hard for the patent holder to fight them all cost wise

Tiberius Arms is not the patent holder, that would be Perfect Circle Paintball(PCP). A spin off company from Airgun Designs and Tom Kaye. Tiberius Arms brought them to market.

Also, their not the only shaped projectile that came to the market. Look up the "Safety Paintball", or even the Sniperball concept. PCP just developed the one that works.

CBROB, on the very link you posted it says prefect circle is the assignee not Tiberius lol. And where are you hearing that the Scarab rounds are not coming out? On the contrary, they are set to be released sooner than most ppl know.

iam just here saying things jib jab if you will that why the "kinda" was put in there, theres just talk ''here say'' stuff that the patent might be a little ruff to over come ,put hell if you know something put it on the table please

You bet brother! As soon as I have more info I will post it up. I will say this though, look for paintball extravaganza in March, which is right around the corner.
