No, it would not be cost effective.

Besides that I haven't developed a way to do the rifling in production. It was pretty crude the way I did it.

Thanks for the quick reply, as luck would have it, I ran across this barrel for under $40.00 shipped. Strangely it is a Trinity barrel. I will report once it arrives mine will be 16in.

It will be interesting to see if the rifling is in the correct direction and what the bore of this thing is.

Wow DSA that's a lot of porting. It should sound nice. I like the muzzle design at the end.

From the little jpg. it appears as if the rifling is going the proper direction. I looked everywhere I could think of for info but couldn't find any.

I agree lots of porting, nice fluting and a decent muzzle all for $37.95.

I am wondering what will show up I'm the mail.

Sadly I received a call from the owner of Trinity and they are out of barrels. He promptly refunded my money and politely answered a few questions. These seem to sell as soon as he can get them in. The ID is 68.9, correct twist for FSR. I feel bad because he gave me his name and I forgot it, sorry amigo. All in all, I would have to give Trinity paintball 5 stars, one for resolving an inventory issue, one for product knowledge, one for calling me, one for price and lastly one for politeness.

They promised to get more in in a few weeks and will send me an email when supply is in stock.

Win/Win

While the barrel seems nice and looks to be a good deal, I still think that .689 is a little too large of a bore for FSRs when it comes to accuracy. Although, based on the price, I might look into getting one as well. Thanks for the info, DSA. ^_^

Any chance you'd know if any of Trinity's rifled barrels has a threaded tip and, if so, what the threads are?

I like the look and I love the price, but I'd still go with a HH if it doesn't have the ability to thread a Flasc Supressor over the end.

They appear to be non removable and I'm still waiting for these to come in back in stock.
