yeah Gainman it is hard to pack on muscle onto long arms like that. With your build and size 275 should be a breeze for you to achieve, you are doing really well: that is great progress. That's a bad pose to see pectoral development but knowing that I can appreciate the difference. GOod work.

Time for my monthly upload of progress. I think I am ready to start packing on muscle. I feel a little small now. My tape on some muscles are shrinking instead of growing. I think its time to change up what I'm doing. I weighed in a 150 lbs today. 23 lbs less than when I started this thread. I'm between 10-12 % body fat. Its hard to find a good calculator. Ready to get some new lean muscle. I hope in two more months to see some different results. Maybe start back up p90x.

Good job man looking good. When shedding weight you can expect to lose muscle. Its part of the routine. You can't build muscle and shed weight. That's why there is a bulk phase and a cut phase

Yeah. Which is why I'm not to hard on myself. I knew the goal wasn't getting stronger but I'm down to 150. Thats the lowest I can remember being. I hope to bulk up a little and see where the body fat is then. Just keep going back and forth. Then I will probably end up doing a month of build and a month of shred.
