Just got back from the expo in Toronto, man was it ever a blast. Walked away with about 200$ in free supplements, got to meet Ryan Bader (great guy), Stefan Bonnar, Anderson Silva, BJ Penn, Brendon Schaub, Jon Jones, Rashad Evans, and bunch of other fighters. They are all really down to earth, I suggest if any of you guys ever see an expo near you, GO, even if your not into the UFC because there so much free swag! I have protein and MusclePharm products to last for months!
