| I Am The Admin | Fit Recipe: Egg White Quiche
Ok, this stuff is great. Easy to make, high in protein and low in carbs/fat. Ingredients: 2 cups of egg whites Pam or Olive Oil 2 tblspoon salsa 1/4 cup milk 6 oz of cheese 1 package of veggie (spinach works, I use Green Giant Immunity Boost Steamers) Dethaw your frozen package of veggies. If it's a steamer package, cook it just enough. You don't want it frozen, but you don't want it hot either. It will get cooked with the eggs. Just make sure it's not frozen. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a bowl, mix together your: Eggs, Salsa, Veggies, Cheese, and Milk In a glass oven safe dish (8 x 8 works, but whatever you have on hand), spray with pam, or wipe with the olive oil to prevent sticking. Pour in the mixture. Give a tiny stir to make sure the cheese isn't clumped in one spot. Put the dish in your 350 degree F oven for 40 minutes or until the middle has set and is no longer liquid from the eggs (there will be some extra liquid from the veggies). Cut dish in half, and eat half!! Yum. Sprinkle on your favorite Mrs. Dash, or hot sauce. Enjoy.
