New goal! Signed up for my first 5k with a friend! I've been slacking off and I'm hoping this run will give me some motivation.

my long term goals are to cut weight while working out until i can get down to a better bodyfat (low teens) and then ill start going crazy with the weights

Alright, so, about a year ago I took a job at a moving company, and got my diet under control(actually I switched to Paleo). I am now down about 50 lbs, and I want to start building some mass. I fell from 270 to 220.

I have started basic dumbbell and kettlebell exercises at home to get myself ready for the gym.

I also want to get down to about 190.

Slowly starting it again mid-august.
Overworking currently, cutted sleep on weekend and dropped session from 3-4/week to max 2.

Gained '20pounds' in 7 months

Back to balancing diet, prep for august so making batchs of refregered green tea(just normal one, then set in fridge) and going on a adventures of spinach, kale and aspargus quest to detoxify myself and boost me up

Bad bad

If all continues like this I'll be back in the 220's by the end of this month, happy to see that again, goal is to be back under 200 by the end of the year, hell I'd be happy to see my weight start with a 1 again, that would literally mean I'd weigh less now than I did in the 10th grade12 years ago.

I'm not really trying to get in shape, but I need to.

Last time I stepped onto a scale I was 230 and that's the most I've ever weighed. Judging by the beer gut I have now, I may be pushing 240-250.

In FL I made it a point to walk everyday, I also worked outside in the sun daily. I felt motivated to do something when I got home. Now when I come home I'm beat.

I feel that the amount of hours I work are playing a direct roll on my overall health. With that said, I'd like to get down to 220. I'm not looking to climb a mountain next week, but I'd like to start with an obtainable goal 1st, then go from there.

Kinda in the same boat with being worn out after work, I don't work in the sun but still in 110 degree heat in an engine room all day. Best thing I started doing is head to the gym right after work, don't sit and rest and wait till later. I basically get off work, get home take a shower in a few minutes and go right there, even better if i take a shower at work or at the gym. For some reason even sitting around for 10 minutes will kill my mood to go and I tend to end up skipping.
