Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day. So I ran 5km in 24:34 then did 5 sets of 10 reps, Knees to Elbows (Freaking Hard!), and push ups.

Did some Obliques, and then 30 Cleans witha 45lb bar.

If I do anything today it will just be an easy run.

Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 reps

I think this work out is going to be a challenge to me. I don't feel like I work my shoulders all that often and I really don't know what kind of weight I am capable of pushing...

I think that doing 5 reps means I should push a bit more weight than I am used to (normaly do sets of 10) but having 5 sets means I will have to pace my self too (Normally do 3 sets...)

I will post results when I am done.

So...using dumbells 25-30-35-40-45(x10 in the last set!)

I was a little aprehensive starting this work out. I still had too much left in me on my last set. I know now I could have started with 30s and ended with 50s...maybe.

Also 5km run in 24:33 to start!

Hmmm today for me is;

4 Rounds

1. Tire Flips
2. 10 Commando Pullups
3. 8 Handstand Pushups
4. 4 Down and back Sprints

It should be a good one. It always sounds easier on paper than it is in real life.

Sooo True!! I have made the mistake of underestimating a number of work outs now...
