Yesterday I had a great run! We had a work fun run that was supposed to be 8km. I brought Mrs. Stilgar's gps watch and timed my speed and distance.

7.6 km was the total distance and I did that in 39.24. So I was very happy with that time!

Hang squat clean, 50 pound dumbbells
Handstand push-ups


I really want to start focusing on my Core and Cardio in order to loose some more of my belly fat.

So I will probably do a 5km run and 3 x 20 of

Box Jumps
One hand kettle bell Snatch Grips
Kettle Bell swings
and Pike Situps.

Todays WOD was boring...

3-3-3-3-3 Front Squats...


SO I rode the bike for 20 min and then did Fran in 13:40

21-15-9 Pull ups and Thrusters (75lbs)

50 sit ups after that...and 10 crappy push ups lol!

I'M BACK!!

So, today was a rest day...well I rested for two weeks while I was away!

Work out number one...
5km run, 27:33
30 30lb dumbell flys
30 50lb dumbell bench press
30 push ups
17 Knees to Elbows Fail...

Work out number two about 2 hours later...
1000m row
3 rounds of 10 x
push ups, sit ups, air squats, bench dips and samson stretch...

Then Fran!
21-15-9
Pullups, 45lb thrusters...time was about 10min including me going to swap the 70lb barbell I had for the 45lb one...What! I have been out of it for two weeks! give me a break!

Then I walked on the treadmill for 10min at an incline of 25-30* maybe?

Tired now.

Did a bit better today.

Warmed up with 10 min jog, then did

50 Push ups
50 sit ups
50 Box jumps
50 Oblique excersise things (still don't have a name for them.)
50 Push press 45lbs
50 Jump squats 45lbs - man these are hard!
50 Kettle bell swings 1 pood

Pretty wicked work out today!

WOD

“Linda”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.


So I ran 5 km first then set up with

95lb Dead lift (only 15lb less than Rx)
95lb Bench press (I could/should have gone up to at least 120lb)
60lb Clean (again I could/should have gone up probably to 75 or 80)
