New place - fresh re-start :)

Been lackin good eating habits the last fews week, now im back into it but not going to start shake like I did previously as they are not that good in taste and not working still.

I know I gained a few pounds but I have no scales here.

So whats the good step for belly fat? Other than situps? Any specific nutrition I can add? I lean everywhere but slower there loll
I want it lose naturally, can't really do supplement other than what I had left prior to surgery. Dr.oz gave a trick but it was for women

Veggies invaded my fridge and freezer and banana's on my table but they half-way yellow!

Can't do much exercise as I still dont have full flexion back.

Situps won't help you to lose belly fat, you can't target fatloss. When you lose fat, it's comes of all parts of the body not just one spot.

The important thing is HOW MUCH you eat, not so much what type of food.

You could eat twinkies all day and loss weight, not healthy or optimal, but it has been done.

One the other hand, you can eat more vegetables then you body needs o operate, and your going to gain more weight.

My suggestion would be to simply start eating smaller portions.

Good luck

There is some nutriments that do target some area if it combined rights.
Yes what you eat influence to some degree the efficacity of your weight lost.

Some veggies will make you 'lose weight' but will really be water like aspargus or spinach.
I already lost 48pounds overall combining many studies together.
Belly fat is the hardest of them all -.-

Food portioning(sp?) is already done

Do you have any evidence to support those statements? I don't see people with a high bodyfat percentage walking around with abs, people with visible abs are lean all around.

Males tend to carry a disproportionate amount of bodyfat over their abdomen, continue to lose fat and it will come off the belly.

Only reason I said situp is I know those dont help lose weight there as many people would say otherwise and also if you developt those muscle under some fat you can start to 'see em' after a while. Situp will actually make the fat more firm but not really lost in that area.

Nothing is instant either, I worked hard for my results and tryed a lots of things. It worked faster while I worked out at a gym(been a long while) before I got all my knee problem(had surgery on both so maybe next year ill restart).

208 to 160ish

It worked for me, learned what work and what don't, used herbalife shake for a while, went into more 'natural' ingredients 'raw food', tryed 'pills', readed this section and came for a good in-between plan that appear to work on me.

Couldn't completely comprehend the first paragraph, but I do agree about larger muscles being more defined at a given BF percentage.

Both these guys have 10% BF, yet the the abs on the left are much more visible.

Nice job on the weight loss so far, bet your knees appreciate it.

The one on the left go to the gym :P

I have pics of me at 179.8 and some at 160ish, on the later you can see some pockets thats are fake abs after 1month and a half or 2 of doing 150 to 350+ of situps per day. Kinda lost those accent since but ill get them back if not something more firm.

Yes i did the weight lost for my knee and overall fitness.

All I take is
PharnaFreak - Ripped Freak 1 in the morning 60day supply 45$ then stop 2 week in-between bottle.
Costco multivitamin high dose for men it was like 15$ for a 1 year supply
Move Free advanced just to help out my knee 80day supply

I have but dont currently need:
Biox power whey isolate(31g per serving and with digestive enzyme)
I would stop taking powder after im done with it.

Pharmafreak - test freak wich is a testosterone booster(most likely going to stop this after it empty)

I would take them again if I would work out at the gym(test-freak + biox) or if I do bicycles.(biox only after the ride)

cut out the whey and change your diet. suplement wise, stick to a multivitamin (brand doesnt matter, i like orange triad) and a fish oil. Losing body fat is 80% the way you eat. cardio helps, situps will help (as the picture above shows), but ultimately its all in the food.
