just ran Tough Mudder!

A bunch of guys from my paintball team & I just did a Tough Mudder last week...12.5 miles of hills, obstacles, & assorted craziness. Filmed most of it on my GoPro camera. Here are some of the highlights.....

Team Lockdown at Tough Mudder - YouTube

Crazy-tough....definitely one of the most physically challenging things Ive ever done in my life.

Looks like a tough, but enjoyable event.

I did it this year and I ended up getting 6 staples in my head afterwards. It was a fun and tough event though.

looks like sheer insanity. Don't think I could 12.5 miles but a shorter 2 or 3 mile version might be fun for laughs.

On the Electric Eel I got zapped once, but with 3 wires at the same time - 2 on the head 1 on the back. Kinda like getting hit with a stun gun...
Shock therapy got hit twice but the wires only brushed me so it wasnt as bad.

There are few of those around. Look up "Warrior Dash"...similar obstacles but its only a 5k run.

What the video doesnt show is all the hills. Of the 12 miles, fully 8 of them were uphill.
Brutal.
