141 lbs.
Got back into running. It was crazy with half marathon, cup, and then the blasted hurricane.
Freaking chilly in my neck of the woods.

I have invested in a GPS with heart monitor. It's a great motivator.

Down to 208lbs, going a little slower than I would like. Haven't been very strict lately, time to get back on track.

On the positive side, my strength has still been progressing.

All right. Good news

Since school has started, I've increased about a third in weight in every lift I can think of.

My bench press has been getting a lot of attention. Before school started, my max bench was 95 pounds. I can push 175 now.

Running has also been a GREAT motivator. I was running barely two minutes without giving out two weeks ago. I ran a mile today. It sucked, and it hurt like crap, but I got it in 11 minutes.

Since this past summer to last night^

Yeah, I've been getting shin splints like crazy too but I've just been running through it anyway. That's really whats holding me back from running farther. I still have the energy, my legs just hurt too bad to keep running after a while.

My weight in the before photo was 242, and right now it's at 235. I've put on a LOT of muscle since the first picture though, I've lost a lot of body fat.

I've been doing pretty good on my diet. I've lost 22lbs since may. At 175 now, which I think is reasonable for being 5'9.

Hey guys, just hopping in here. This week I cleared out my man cave and set up some weights and started a fitness routine.

This was my man-cave used as a storage room. I made the mistake of letting that happen. Men, don't EVER let that happen! take it from one who experienced it...

Now, I have a small bench that inclines, i think it was $50 at sears many years ago. I also have the Bowflex dumbells I bought around the same time for $300 (they seriously kick *** and save a ton of room and make your 7-minute workouts really 7-minutes).

I've been using my iPhone 4S and the Nike + app that uses the phones GPS to track your runs. Just this week i've improved a lot. The latest one was painful - no pain no gain.

Here's the gain
