I need to drop another ~15lbs or so. This should get my body fat around 15% and help shrink the belly. Everything else is secondary.

I would like to add the ability of running a 5K or something small, but knee surgery is highly probable in the next 2-3 months.

Put on some weight through lifting, exercise and re-hab'ing my shoulder. If I could add another 5 lbs or so I'd be happy.

Look like Thor or some other muscular person before Metrocon... Currently running a mile to 1.5 miles a day in 10-20 minutes.

Doing lower body 2 days a week
Upper 2 days
And cardio as well as abdominal 2-3 days a week.

I want to be able to do a 4 minute mile but that may not happen with the muscle I am going to be putting on.

Started working out 2-3 weeks ago and I've lost about 5-10 pounds somehow... Now around 230 lbs. at 6'4"

Most people don't know that skittish is the proper spelling for "jittery". Don't believe me... Look it up.

20 pounds is quite a bit for 8 weeks. A little less than 3 pounds a week, thats pretty difficult, especially when you are hitting the gym. Good luck though.

Most doctors recommend not losing more than 3 a week. I think most people are hard pressed to achieve this in the first place. But when I graduated high school that summer I lost 40 pnds in a month. It was scary and I didn't even realize it was happening.

My wife and I have decided to go completely Wheat and Gluten free (read "Wheat Belly") so I'm hoping to drop around 40 lbs this year. Plus I've resumed my martial arts training after a 4 year break.
