Get below 200. Starting a little late, but better late than never.

Size 50 (euro) Leather suit.
It was too tight last spring, and tight fit (like it should) the rest of the summer.
Im sure it has shrunk again during winter.

Late to the party, but run more, lose weight, gain endurance. First run in six weeks yesterday. Not too bad. =)

Fan of EMR
My father passed away at 67 from a sudden stroke so I went to the doc to get checked out last July and tipped the scales at 380lbs...scared the **** out of me. Bought a new house in August, got the kids moved in and settled, got through Hurricane Sandy and then decided it was time to get back in shape.

Down almost 50lbs to 332 since November 1 goal is to get back down to 225 and get back out in the woods on my mountain bike, maybe even do a race or two but more importantly be around longer for my kids.

I went from 195 lbs and 17% body fat to 210 lbs and 12.5% body fat between February and May of last year. Then I got sick and work got busy so I am almost back to square one.

I want to get back on track and hit my goal of 225 lbs and 12%. I started the gym again last week and I am getting my nutrition stabilized. My upper body is noticeably weaker but my lower is doing okay.

My biggest goal I want to complete is to run a marathon. I have never been big into running, actually I hate it, but I ran a few community races last summer and really got into it.
