Haha i get that when i do leg presses. But then for my size 750lbs x 10 is pretty decent. Im not bragging though cause their are plenty of other parts that are lagging like my biceps and chest

Someone told me I should be squatting low bar instead of high bar. I know lord & savior Rippetoe teaches low bar for SS but I've been doing high bar. Is there any reason to do low bar instead? It seems like you could move more weight but it seems like it might be a leverage thing.

Also does anyone here push press and strict press? If so, how much more can you push press than strict press? Like percentage-wise.

And why is my hook grip giving out faster than my standard overhand when I pull weight for cleans or deads?

When it comes to foam rollers, is a denser roller always better? Should I buy one or make my own with a yoga mat + PVC pipe?

How do you guys warm up? I'm trying to get more dynamic stretching in before I touch the bar but I don't really have a plan. I would like to warm up by extensive foam rolling.

I don't stretch. I shake out a little. But stretching pre fatigues your muscles. Me personally ive liked any of the foam rollers. I hate the way they make the bar sit. It makes me feel less confident in my stability i guess you could say.
