Been doing a muscle building program. It's tough, but it's working like a champ.
As of today, 245 pounds. Bodyfat % staying at a constant.

Been doing a routine for about 4 months now.. I used to work out a LOT, but haven't really done much of it the last 5 years or so.. So I figured it was time to get back into shape.
Weight when starting: 70.2kg
Current weight: 72.5kg
Now running 4km's in 20minutes (included 4 minutes of walking (6km\h). I'm fairly happy with that result in the short time I've been doing my routine.
I do a two-split program now.
Day 1: 20 minute run -> Benchpress, incline press, shoulderpress, lateral raise, tricep pulley(using ropes), tricep machine, total abdominal machine.
Day 2: 20 minute run -> Legpress, leg-curl, pulldown selection(wide grip), triangle pulley, barbell, dumbell, total abdominal machine.
Seems to be working fairly well for me.. Massive improvement all over.

Several runs, 3 to 4 miles at a time. Using MyFitnessPal to keep track of food as well.
Week one - 171 pounds
Week two - 168 pounds
