Mcb fitness check in: Week 3
Could not go to the gym today, felt sick since yesterday so I took it easy
Will see tomorow to resume :)
199lbs and now stronger than I was at 217lbs.

Day 20 of insanity asylum. Rain Saturday in the howling wind... That was a terrible idea.
Getting ready to relocate to Florida, thinking about joining a crossfit "box".
Weight is coming down ... slowly 206 lbs this week. I need a race or other event to train towards.
Joined the gym two days ago..
207 lbs.. 5'8..
Not "fat" but not happy with myself..

Current weight. 118-125 depending on water and food weight.
I can't gain weight so working on a tone body up as well as increasing quick reflex response time.
Hit the gym three times a week at least.
Ask me about a delicious gluten and dairy free diet...
