198lbs today, need to start eating more. Most of my lifts took a dive this morning, hoping that changing out exercises will restart my progress.
History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.

Today's weight....... 123lbs
No loss or real gain. Mile runtime is 7:35 ish. Rep time on weights have increased though. Stamina build with gear under heavy runtime has increased as well.

Down to 215.8 from 224 at New Years. Kind of disappointing considering the amount of exercise & diet control I've been putting out. Hopefully it's due to building heavier muscle.
