MCB Fitness Check In - Week 11 - Badumdum!
What's your current weight, last week's weight, and your workout?
Last week: 132.6lbs
This week: 133.8
Change: +1.2 lbs
Only got to two work out classes and dealing with a work schedule change.
Not my best week workout wise.
Ate like crap on Saturday/Sunday.

This am: 216 dead and down to 19.9% body fat.
Walking~ 9 miles a day and doing some mild core workouts. I need to start lifting more though...

staying within range, weighed in today at 234.3. Anything between 230 and 237 is acceptable; I'm trying to recomp. Week 2 of a new workout rotation, highlights being:
+45lbs weighted dips 10,10, 8
deadlifts 315x10,. 405x8, 405x4...and 1/2 lol
front squat 135x10, 185x7, 205x3
...not all on the same day.
About what is all the shooting?
