Multis are there to fill in gaps in one's diet. Not everyone will eat all the fruits and veggies needed to get 100% of everything. Especially with food prices around here... and buying in bulk stinks, because often I can't get everything eaten before it goes off

Yeah. My brother used to work at GNC, and one of the reasons he liked their vitamins is you take two sensible pills rather than one giant horse-pill that might actually pass through your system without being fully digested.

Also, some veggies won't give up some nutrients unless they're cooked, like broccoli, but hten you have to be careful how you cook them since the water-soluble stuff might get cooked out, escaping with any water, ne'er to be seen again.

Exercised last night, and woke up this morning with NO SORENESS! Also fine now, at the end of my day. I'm rather pleased
