Since others are doing it.

Might as well toss something up here with a question or two.

Been taking adreaNOlin as a pre workout and completely suprized that the stuff actually makes a difference, after I finish I'm not tired out and feel like I could go longer.
Started out at 259-260 after 3 weeks or so of going I'm down to 250.

It suprizes the hell out of me how much different it is going to an actual local gym instead of a place like anytime fitness. The place I'm going to now is only 3 bucks more than I was paying at anytime and is freaking huge, 3 stories tall.
Having instructors for classes makes a huge difference as well, did a cycling class yesterday for 50 minutes, there's no way in hell I ever would have cycled that hard without someone telling me what to do.

Freaking legs still feel like rubber, after 50 minutes non stop of pedaling, standing, isolating and all that fun stuff, it was like trying to learn to walk again for the first 5 minutes, left leg would keep spazzing.




Oh and the reason I posted this. Can anyone recomend a good protein powder to pick up, just wanting to try something else aside from the GNC branded stuff. Just something that mixes decently and tastes alright and isn't complete junk really.

Anything that between 80-85% protein per portion.
Take the (protein x 4) / calories.

At 90+ your in isolate and it a prenium pay.

Less sugar is good too and little carb.

Weight gainer are 'junk' in my book. You will pay less buying the extra bcaa, creatine seperately than having to take their high carb(made from grains: normally maltodextrin)

Isopure if you can afford is basically the best. But for half the price but a very close second id say ON whey. Dymatize was my go to for a while but they changes their formula now there are too many carbs.

my personal favorite is, and remains dymatize ISO 100.. the stuff disappears in water.. you take 2 scoops, mix it with water, and its just as liquid, it doesn't thicken it up at all

also its 86% and 1 carb

They changed their formula tho at least with the dymatize ive been taking

If I were you, I would try to avoid taking a pre-workout. Yeah, it might help you feel stronger and have more energy but there are a lot more negative side effects.

The preworkout you are taking has 300mg of caffeine in it per serving. If you drink coffee, or caffeinated drinks your caffeine intake could be a bit too high.
