BEST Protein Bar ?!

Quest bars are overated and doesn't taste that good....

If you're looking for a great tasting, larger portion size, and multiple layers of layers but still has macros to fit your macros, then "FIT CRUNCH" bars are it man.

For the same price as a Quest bar, it packs about 1.xx ounces more of food, and around 10g more of protaaaaang. The taste is unreal, I'm so addicted to the taste that I always have a bar after working out or sometimes before haha

Let know what you guys think or if theres any good tasting ones out there, I love treats breeeh.

This is usually what I eat. They taste AMAZING (especially when stuck in the microwave for about 15 seconds... Mmm...), have high protein, and relatively low fat.

i cant do quest bars, they are more about the fiber than the protein anyways.. that much fiber does terrible, terrible, gassy things to me, i feel miserable

my jam is definitely the big 100 bars, cookie dough isnt bad, but gets a bit overwhelming about halfway through the bar

my most favorite is the big 100 colossal, crisp apple pie, doesn't even have that "protein bar taste" which is something i notice with most bars, even powerbars.

also, i work for a vitamin company, so i get quest bars all the time for my ex wife for about $10 a case or less when they come through on clearance, the general consensus is that the bars are a waste of money, but what if your not spending much money?

if the fit crunch come through, ill give em a try, and let you know if i agree (they are also low in fiber)

Generally I would say avoid bars all together. There's simply too much garbage in them even with the good ones. But even I indulge in a few here and there. These oh yeah bars and b up bars don't seem common around here. Generally I reach for quest bars.

thank you, that apple jam stuff they put on top makes a WORLD of difference

another surprise i was introduced to was Lenny and Larry's "the complete cookie" its more of a meal replacement than a protein bar, but they have decent nutrition all around, and the chocolate chip even tastes pretty damn good
