I work out 4-5 times a week so I usually just have what I want, I won't get shredded in terms of bodyfat; but I'll be happy.

Cook how? Grill, oven, pan? How many can you eat in a week?

I can eat the same schedule every week, but not day to day (except for breakfast and good left overs). I admit that the less variety I have, the easier it is to control.
