KBA Rotary Breech
I saw this gun and almost had a heart attack about how beautiful it is, this gun is the sickest guns i have ever seen on mcaterbrown. Is there any possible way you would take work to make another one of the KBA Rotary Breech guns? I thought posting it here first would be better then oming both of you guys. i have brass to start with. I never knew i could fall in love with a gun, but i have and i've never touched it.... So im hoping Bret and or Jake could do this again for a customer
Umm, so yeah; I had to pick up my jaw and now my brain no work good...
This might be next year's start of season present if you guys are willing to make more.
Hope you boys' wallets are so thick you sit crookid.
I am curious as to where you found it?Looks very cool, I would really like to see some more pictures of it..
he didn't find it. it belongs to BretG and is a one off gun, as far as i know, that was custom made by Bret.
^ Oh I knew that, lol. Who else would come up with such a beaut...
Love it all the same; and yeah I would definitely start saving my pennies now if I knew it could be had in a year :D
I knew BretG had it. I meant how did he find the picture. (NVM found another picture of it)
I see that the lower tube is intact and that the system is built around the lower tube.
I can see that the whole system is most likely fed by a spring/gravity feed.
I would assume that it rotates counter-clockwise or else 4 of the tubes would be empty at any given time.
I can't figure out how it would index though. On both my AGA62 and my 3357 the trigger uses a little arm that either spins the cylinder (3357) or raises the gate(AGA) I just can't figure out how pulling the bolt back or forward indexed the cylinder.
There is a hole on top of the cylinders, maybe it uses those somehow..
Absolutely fascinating piece of work, I would definitely want one..
it does not rotate ever shot i believe, it would be sick if it did though
Odd, I'd definitely love to play with it though.
as Chad said. This was a one off. Not to be the pessimist, but my guess is there's little chance you're gonna see this mass produced. Also B&H hasn't been doing any work for awhile now, to my knowledge. Unless someone knows otherwise.
