Oh dear, my eyes seem to have exploded again. That happens a lot on this site.

How much.

Depending on price, I'd want one.

Goddamnit I hate you MCB. Why...why must you all torment me. This, the DSG, the CCM bolt action, the Gargoyle, the new CCM OC gun, leverguns galore...why.

I actually did think that you stopped making KLs. Rumor had it that some people flipped KLs for a whole lot of cash and it ticked you off and started only making them for a select few people.

Hell, I'd have been interested in a real KL before I jumped in on the NX55L order. I might still be interested once I get my tank-in-stock mod back from Scarecrow. I've never actually heard how much a KL conversion costs from you, so that kind of adds to the mystique as well.

The efficiency is improved by valve modifications and secret elf magic. Paint to bore matching and temperature change can cause significant efficiency changes, but this rifle can shoot 25+ shots above 250 @70 degrees F.
I have the same type modified valve in a PGP and it gets 35 to 40 shots under the same conditions.
Repo's rifle has quite a story behind it, basically it involved a large chocolate bar, an M2 Browning, a bundle of cash, and Jake losing his job. He can tell it better than I can. Counting Gene's, there are 4 rifles of this lineage in the hands of Damage members.
We want the best possible materials for these rifles. Jake is a master machinist, and I handle the hotwork art. These are not going to be cheap. Our initial estimate of materials has us starting the version as described above at $900 US. These are to be new builds and are not conversions to any Sheridan type, with the only K parts being original trigger groups.

would we have to supply the trigger groups for the $900 price?

Would these be done in a batch or ongoing production? I'd be interested, but I'd need some time to put some cash away for it.

I'll have the one pictured here along with some others at Castle on Sunday. The trigger groups are provided, however using yours would drop the price, as would using your stock if that is desired.
As to how many will be produced, don't know... we expect a low rate for an extended period. Then a mad rush, then a low rate... we have other ongoing projects too- the semi Traccers, the Wheel Guns, and the SMG project.
Jake and I have been talking about doing a K type new rifle for many years. This commission proved the concept and execution perfectly. The design was evolved over that same time and is the most balanced for form and function.
