Next episode preview looks like we're back on track again ... was getting all 'days of our lives' there for a while.
I tinker, therefore I'm broke!
Further, now that I've found the MCB BST ... I've recently sold my house and moved under the bridge down the road ... but I've got lots of markers.
I have no life, I'm just a dad in constant flux between baby naps and 8yr old tantrums.

Ol' Rick is quick on the draw!
I agree with the "Days of Our Lives" thing, it's about time we got back on track. Looking forward to next week, and glad that they waited til football season was over to continue. After the Giants took down the Pats pants and again spanked them in public for the second time, the wholesale slaughter of the undead (and after tonights episode, the living too) will help me forget, and give me something to look forward to Sundays once again.

Are you guys seeing a different preview than I'm seeing? All I got was Shane talking.
Loved it though, good balanced episode.

Lots of people in this episode wandering off on their own. Doesn't anyone remember that they are surrounded by zombies that want to eat them?
Poor Glenn. He reminds me of Ed Masterson, Bill Pullman's character, from the movie Wyatt Earp. When Rick kills the two guys, Glenn is stuck there catching flies.

At least the pace is picking up a bit.
I think you're right about them using shane to make rick a likable character, but the thing that makes rick a great character in the comic is the fact that he doesn't have all the answers and doesn't always make the right calls. Time for ol' shane to shuffle off this mortal coil.
Still holding out hope that carl gets to develop more like in the comics, but that may be a vain hope, i dont think tv land audiences aren't ready for that

You can call me Shaggy.
i cant believe rick smoked those guys like that... definatly wasnt expecting that. should be interesting to see what happens when their friends come looking for them. i think that Rick would have taken them into his group if it wasnt for Hershall, rick and his group are barely allowed at his farm already so he knew he wouldent take those goons in. i think it might have been the wrong thing to do. they didnt seem too hostile, they just were tired of running, but hey it was interesting!
