write that you sent em the package, that it was returned, show a pic or two of it, tell them how much it will cost to have you re ship it (since it was $30), i'd eat a $5 fee but not $30!

tell them they have til date X to email you a response or you will resell it

Maybe the taxes on it was more than they wanted to pay so just left it sit there.. What is it is my next question... LOL

for some reason international postal labels have french on them. i did some research on why it was marked the way it was and found other people asking the same lol. it was just unclaimed they have a different mark for money owed. supprisingly i was not charged for the return trip (some people have been!). i figure i will wait another week and send a letter
