Fan of EMR
For certain meals, say a stir fry w/ peppers, rice, shredded steak or chicken, etc. I will make a very large batch. And immediately after cooking while it's still hot separate them into a proper portion and put them in lock-lid containers. Toss those in the fridge this way and they will taste moist/fresh for a much longer period of time.

Whereas normally if you cook something, eat your meal, let it sit there for a while and then package it up they tend to dry out and not taste as good for a leftover. But if packed away just after cooking the flavor is still there.

I get to make large quantities to save money this way, and it allows me to have "pre-made" meals to save me a lot of time. Instead of constantly preparing and cooking food every day, I do it once for about 3-4 days time.

You can look into some intrabolic for an intra drink. I find that grinded up oats mixed with some whey isolate and water is great for a post workout shake, but then I do eat food after. Curious on your routine, what your split is.

Seeing as its past 430 in the AM I will post it up later today.

As for the supplements I will be ending them somewhat soon, I am going to finish them out as they cost a good amount. All told I lost nearly 100 pounds then put some back on when I started to slack off. I am currently 190 down from my max known of 265 about a year and a half ago. I would like to hit 175, I dont think that its out of the question.

This is good advice, also keeps you from overindulging. Might take a while to get the portion size right. I try to actually separate ingredients a bit too, since I always end up having to toss whole meals because one ingredient soured the whole dish up. Especially stir fry dishes.
