For the general purposes of national defense, US Code defines a weapon of mass destruction as:
"any weapon or device that is intended, or has the capability, to cause death or serious bodily injury to a significant number of people through the release, dissemination, or impact of—
toxic or poisonous chemicals or their precursors;
a disease organism; or
radiation or radioactivity."

Another atrocity planned for "religious" purposes. Why can't people take the core beliefs of most world religions and practice them in peace without imposing them on others. Even spok could get it" live long and prosper." Murdering a cop so you can kill more cops at his funeral on holy ground sounds like fighting the anti christ?

So in other words...If someone were to chew down massive ammounts of beans, and fart something severe, producing a cloud of naucious gass that made multiple people sick or made people pass out..that would be considered a weapon of mass destruction??
