Happy Father's Day Weekend!

Well it is that time of year…. BBQ and Pool Party time! And a perfect Father's Day Weekend!

We are putting the pork shoulders in to cook this evening and all through the night for BBQ Pulled Pork tomorrow. Then of course we are having the standards; chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, various salads, cold drinks, you name it. We are having about 22 folks over.

The pool water temperature today was just shy of 80*, so tomorrow it should be perfect.

I hope everyone else has a great Father’s Day weekend planned.
